Primark in Willow Place is launching a new Sensory Friendly shopping experience on Saturdays between 9am – 10am. Primark’s goal is to offer customers a more inclusive shopping experience by adapting their store environment and ensuring a Sensory Friendly Champion is on duty.
- They will be mindful of noises, eliminating till beeps and not using tannoy announcements
- Accessible tills will be fully manned
- As always assistance dogs are welcome

- There will be sensory friendly champions on hand to offer support and any additional assistance
