Famous artists – including Banksy – will be exhibiting their work in ‘Steel Nerve 2’ at Corby’s Rooftop Arts Centre.
Works by world renowned artists, including Banksy, Blek Le Rat, Connor Brothers, Copyright, Ben Eine, Tracy Emin, Damien Hirst and My Dog Sighs, will run concurrently with an online Silent Charity Auction of selected works. Proceeds from the auction will help fund the Rooftop Arts Centre, a registered charity.
The exhibition and auction run from 6-16 November, with the auction reception and final bidding on Saturday 16 November from 6pm till 8pm. Rooftop Arts will be open every day of the exhibition between 11am and 4pm. The exhibition and auction are free to enter.
Rooftop Arts Centre is a not-for-profit charity that has been in existence in the town for over 11 years. Its mission has been to create a space where the community can feel a connection with the arts, and enjoy being involved in workshops and exhibitions. The Rooftop also houses 15 resident artists studios which gives the opportunity for local artists to create and share their work with visitors, and offer help and advice to emerging artists.
